We provide a first class property management service which will guarantee you peace of mind while your property is either empty or being rented out. Our policy is designed to ensure that when you return to Turkey your property is as you wish to find it.
You can either choose our 12 month management package or or 6 month winter package. The service includes regular security checks by our maintenance staff which includes, electricians, plumbers and builders. Your property will be aired and lightly cleaned in your absence and all bills will be paid. (includes 1 full clean for winter checks & 2 full cleans for the annual package)

RENTAL
If you are not planning on living in your property on a permanent basis, it is ideal to rent it out in order to compensate for running and maintenance costs and at the same time adding a new source of income to your existing one.
Our purpose is providing a complete service, with our trustworthy staff to increase your rental potential when ever possible, with this in mind, our personnel provides professional services in every stage of rental procedures such as money -flow and communication, house cleaning and laundry, periodical checks, transfers, reservation control.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
We provide a comprehensive after sales service, which is available to all our clients. From preparation and obtaining of all legal paperwork�s, opening of bank accounts, organization of your property public services, insurance services, technical support, property management , pool maintenance, garden maintenance, cleaning and laundry service,airport transfers, local and general information, translation service, right up to helping you furnish your home. INSURANCEIt is important that once you have your title deeds through that you arrange for buildings and contents insurance. We at Golden Sand Homes can arrange this for you through an independant and reputable insurance company. Cost: Quote available on request.
RESIDENCY VISAShould you decide to come to live in Turkey then you will require a residency permit. This is obtained via the police in Aydin. We can take you to fill out the necessary documents and to pay for the visa . Cost: Petrol coverage
STARTER PACK We can arrange a starter pack for you consisting of essential food stuffs (e.g.: tea/coffee, milk, sugar, bread etc) and/or cleaning goods so that, should you arrive at your property in the early hours of the morning you will not have to go without! Cost: Quote available on request
POOL MAINTENANCE & GARDENER We will ensure that your garden and pool are in excellent condition when you arrive so you don't have to spend your first day gardening + cleaning & filling the swimming pool! Cost: Quote available on request
FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS If you would like a flower arrangement in your property when you arrive, or if you would like to order one for a special occasion, we can arrange this for you. Cost: Quote available on reques
Airport Transfer : We offer a personalised service of collecting you from the airport and transporting you to your holiday home.
